Making disciples is the chief duty of any local church. Because of that, we’ve defined a disciple-making pathway that is clear & simple.

It’s built around three words: worship, connect & bless.

There are three main actions (worship, connect, bless) & three main vehicles (gatherings, groups, teams) for our discipleship process.

Our ministry "programs" advance this discipleship "process."

Programs & events will come and go. Our commitment to being & making disciples will never change.

In addition to this pathway we've also defined some discipleship "proofs." These  come from Jesus himself in what we call the six "My Disciple" statements of Jesus.

In them Jesus says...

"if you abide in my Word then you are truly my disciples." (John 8:31)

"By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." (John 13:35)

"By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples..." (John 15:8)

In Luke 14:25-33 Jesus defines discipleship negatively. A summary of that passage shows that disciples of Jesus "walk by faith." 

In 2015 our church underwent a strategic planning process in which we defined four main pillars for our vision as a church. We were able to celebrate these milestones in 2020.

• Sending four long-term missionaries from our congregation to the uttermost parts of the world.
