One of our core three membership expectations at Broadview is that you'll "bless others" by serving on a ministry team. Regardless of your giftedness or talents, there’s a place for you to bless others through the ministries of Broadview Baptist Church.

Many have chosen to serve in the music ministry, or hospitality ministry, or some of the larger ministries such as children and youth. The easiest way for you to find a place to serve is to fill out the contact form or contact one of our staff about a ministry you might be interested in.

Ministry Opportunities

Preschool Ministry

Positions include Hospitality Team, Nursery Worker, Classroom Teacher, Assistant Teacher,  Wednesday Night Meal Prep and more. Opportunities on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Can serve weekly, once a month or as available.

Positions include Class Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Small Group Facilitator, Registration/Hospitality, Rotation Leader, Craft Leader, Meal Prep, Game Helper and Bible Story Helper. Opportunities on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

Positions include Jr. High and High School Teacher (boys/girls), Small Group Facilitator, Wednesday Meal Prep, Game Leader, Discipleship mentor and more. Opportunities on Sunday morning and Wednesday night.

Worship Ministry

Positions include instrumentalists (keys, guitar, bass, drums, rhythm and lead), vocalists and worship leader. Our traditional service has a choir whereas our contemporary service has a band. Opportunities to serve on Sunday Morning.

Positions include Gathering Place Host, Connect Table Leader, Door Greeter, Parking Lot Driver, Security Team, Usher/Concierge, and Worship Center Host. Opportunities on Sunday mornings and Wednesday night.

Positions include Adult Small Group Leader (Sunday mornings or mid-week, on-campus or off-campus), personal discipleship coach, equipping class teacher or content creation.

Ministry Opportunities

Home Ministry

A ministry to our shut-ins and those unable to attend in person. Volunteers will adopt one or more names from our home ministry roster and minister to their spiritual needs.

Funeral Meal Worker, Hope Mommies Packaging/Delivery, Grief Follow-Up Worker and other ministry to those walking through pain and suffering.

Make follow up visits for first-time / returning guests, make hospital visits as available, go door-to-door for occasional Saturday outreaches.
